Fees and reimbursement (2026)
Physiotherapy
Physiotherapy treatments are provided by self-employed physiotherapists who are not contracted with the national health insurance (deconventioned). These are the current fees:
| First session | € 49.00 |
| Follow-up session | € 41.00 |
| Home visit (supplement) | € 5.00 |
| File fee Fa, Fb, E (for a serious condition file) | € 45.00 |
| Saturday | + 50% |
| Sunday | + 100% |
Are you entitled to increased reimbursement (verhoogde tegemoetkoming / intervention majorée)? Then we apply the official contracted rates. Depending on your situation, direct billing (the third-party payer scheme) may also apply: you then only pay your personal share and the rest is settled directly with your health insurance fund.
Whether direct billing applies depends on your status, the type of treatment and the conditions in force. The amount you pay yourself can only be determined correctly based on your file, the type of service and your right to reimbursement. If in doubt, please contact your health insurance fund.
Midwife
Midwife care is provided by a self-employed midwife who is contracted with the national health insurance and charges the official RIZIV/INAMI rates. Thanks to direct billing, the costs of antenatal and postnatal care are usually paid directly by your health insurance fund. Care runs from planning a baby until your baby turns one.
| Introductory meeting: file fee for the administrative start and your personal file | € 50.00 |
| Home visit: travel costs depending on where you live | € 5, € 10 or € 15 |
| Preconception consultation (fully paid by the patient, not reimbursed) | € 50.00 |

Cancellation policy
You can cancel or reschedule an appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your session starts. If you cancel later or do not show up, the full session will be charged.
